SMS Consent
How Kyndlo collects consent for account and event text messages.
Kyndlo sends transactional SMS messages only to members who provide a mobile number and opt in to receive texts. SMS messages support account verification, event updates, event reminders, schedule changes, and safety-related account notices.
Opt-In Flow
During phone verification in the Kyndlo app, members enter their mobile phone number and must check an SMS consent checkbox before requesting a verification code.

The example below shows the full Kyndlo opt-in screen. The Kyndlo logo and name are visible, the member enters a mobile number, and the SMS consent checkbox appears directly above the request-code button.

Message Types
- Account verification codes and login assistance
- Event reminders, including reminders sent about 24 hours before joined events
- Event updates such as time, location, schedule, or cancellation notices
- Safety-related account notices and support messages

Opt-Out and Help
Members can opt out of Kyndlo SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Members can request help by replying HELP or emailing admin@kyndlo.com. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
